No lift to the upper floors. No staff to help carry our heavy luggage to the top floor.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See und die Berge. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel. Bedienung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Viel Trubel vor der Unterkunft, da der anliegende Parkplatz als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer genutzt wird. Ziemlich eingeschränkte Speisekarte, wovon bei uns einiges leider schon ausverkauft war. Für Gäste gab es am Abend die Wahl, ein Menü zu nehmen oder a la carte zu bestellen.

The location is superb with an incredible view to the lake and surroundings. Also very close to tre cime

The stay was overall very enjoyable, though the breakfast selection didn't quite live up to the rest of the experience. It hit the spot for a quick bite, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of quality and freshness.

It’s not a luxury resort but had everything you need. Breakfast was fair I personally don’t like the smell of the cleaning agent they use. Would be nice to have a less fragrant cleaning products Our room was over kitchen and they played music very loud until after 9 pm

Right in front of the lake, and see the sunset on the mountain and its reflection onto the lake. Very beautiful.

Curtain can’t be completely “black out”.
