Sauberkeit, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sowohl im Schloss, als auch im neu erstellten Gebäudetrakt. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, ruhige Lage, umgeben von Natur.

Neu: Kosten für Parkplatz. Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt waren die zum Hotel gehörenden Parkpätze noch kostenlos. Neu: Self-Check- in Möglichkeit via Terminal, auf dessen Nutzung man freundlich, auffordernd hingewiesen wurde (ca. 18.00 Uhr). Grundsätzlich schätze ich das Vorhandensein dieser Möglichkeit, i.e. bei Anreise zu einer späten Stunde (z.B. ab 22.00 Uhr), ansonsten schätze resp. bevorzuge ich einen persönlichen Kontakt.
