Tolles Hotel für Groß und Klein. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Jeden Tag leckeres Essen mit recht viel Abwechslung. Strand nicht so schön, sehr steinig. aber auch dort gibt es liegen mit Sonnenschirm.

arrivati con volo Ryanair puntuale al secondo dopo 30 min di comodo taxi siamo in hotel . accoglienza perfetta da George che ci ha cambiato camera subito perché c'era stato un malinteso con la prenotazione. è stato tutto piacevole, fermata autobus fronte hotel per poter visitare tutta l'isola . cibo per essere un villaggio internazionale dove gli italiani capitano poco è decente. noi abbiamo spesso pranzato a tsambika beach... ottimo personale tutto gentile ... mando un abbraccio a tutti i ragazzi del ricevimento , soprattutto a Magda, e agli animatori Mattia e Nicola i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti molto. Lo rifarei. unico neo la spiaggia... ma non è stato un problema... ottime piscine e acquapark.. e belle spiagge nelle vicinanze.

Geweldig resort met leuk personeel. Je kunt er terecht voor zowel je rust, maar er is ook genoeg te doen voor kinderen. Vijf zwembaden, waarvan er één met meerdere glijbanen. Strand is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Animatie was goed, ondanks dat het al najaar was.

Ideal for families - lots to do within the complex. Kids loved the water park - kept them entertained for hours. We upgraded to a superior suite which was worth the extra we paid in order to get more space for three boys.

Hotel reception felt a little like you were in an small out of town shopping precinct. Nice selection of pools to choose from although refreshments not available at all. Although there is a policy for not reserving sunbeds this was not enforced, but you could still get one at 9am. Restaurant was nicely positioned on first floor with good views. Variety of food was okay, but more for adults. Bolognese appeared to be the only meal available for children every day. Would have liked one or more additional cheeses in the evening to go with the feta. Desserts were mainly jelly, panacotta or mousse, but, the odd sponge did appear. Availability of replacement knives, forks and napkins would have improved service. Beach was approx 100m across a quiet road and was a mixture of coarse sand and pebbles. Beach shoes are a must. On beach facilities were excellent, boardwalks, small hut for drinks, toilet, shower and free sunbeds and parasols. There is a bus stop for the island waterpark (Thu 10am approx) and Rhodes town outside the hotel. Reception staff were excellent, always helpful. Bar staff not so. Waiting staff good.

Great hotel for families. Wonderful animation team. Excellent food. Great pool area. Good atmosphere. The beach is not the greatest at the hotel, but there are other beaches in the area you can go to if you have a rental car. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel. The town centre is a 7 minute walk from the hotel and offers plenty in terms of shopping, bars and restaurants.
