Big appartment. Clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen is only suitable for light meals

It's run by a wonderful family who are some of the kindest people I have met. I had a minor injury at the beach and Daniel took me to the local hospital...it took more than 2 hours and he was there the whole time. The room is clean and spacious... Hot water in bathroom.. high speed internet... Beautiful garden and they even shared their kitchen. One of the best hostel/hotel I have stayed in.

Great stay. Family is friendly and helpful. Kitchen and fridge were geeat for morning coffee and cold drinks.

It was a refreshing change from my normal hotel stays. Terito is a step away from a home-stay and eight steps away from a run-of-the-mill Hilton. Small, clean, great Wi-Fi. The family and owners are easily available if you have question. Daniel, the primary person I interacted with, was very helpful in explaining things about the island. Also good personality. Had some interesting suggestions of places most of the tourists passing through don't go to. For instance, mentioned a nice, quiet beach that was walkable with some effort. Just marine iguanas and myself on the sandy, white beach when I was there (7-9:30 AM). Everything else about Terito is fine. It met the need of staying at an economical place while I was waiting two days in Puerto Baquerizo for my other mates to arrive. One more thing - Puerto Baquerizo was a nice port town to fly into and out of. I liked the feel of this smaller town verses the slightly more touristy Puerto Ayora. Access to the Airport much easier.

It didn't materialize but there was a fear of it being too noisy on the Saturday and Sunday nights I stayed there. There is a low class Karaoke bar, The Neptune, down the street and I was worried that it would blare all night (ok, not all night, to just 3 am). And it did but the room that fronted that direction was outfitted with a fairly effective sound-reducing window. Frankly I was surprised on how effective it was. But other rooms may not be fitted with the barrier and other hotels in the area may not as well. Something to consider when lookng at places on google maps.

Friendly family atmosphere, clean rooms, daily room cleaning, spacious apartment, quiet.

Nice clean, quiet, simple room. We were a family of 4 and got a suite. Open and airy. They do limit your water usage so be aware of that. Only 2 of us got a shower that night.

The room was well equipped, maintained clean, and the staff was always accessible to help. The shower was hot enough and there was a good bakery 2 blocks away. The owner does not speak English, however, the son speaks perfect English and was very helpful.

The location is a bit away from the pier, but within a walking distance. A hair dryer was not available in the room. Not sure it was available if we asked for.
