Super Aussicht aus der oberen Wohnung. Sehr gute Lage hat dieses Haus. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Auto konnte die ganze Zeit stehen bleiben.

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, aber der Ausblick vom Balkon auf Wernigerode ist sehr schön.

Das Waschbecken ist nur Mini, kaum benutzbar. Die Geräusche vom Kühlschrank sind sehr störend, vor allem nachts. Mehrfach in der Stunde schaltet der sich laut an und aus. Das Bett knarzt.
