Central location. We were met at the apartment, given a full handover, given details of the local area, including a recommendation for a restaurant for a special celebration. Onsite support was wonderful.

Location, location, location! We stayed in the 3rd floor apartment with the hot tub and incredible balcony. Unfortunately it was pouring down rain and were unable to take advantage of it. Alberto was the most informative, gracious and helpful host! Recommended a dinner place and walked us there. He also recommended visiting Borghetto and eating at Lo Stoppa - he was right - do not miss!

The only thing that we wish, is that the air conditioning was still available. Evidently they stop using it at a certain time of year?

Everything. Amazing quality fittings in the whole apartment, clean, super central, nice welcoming. I do not think I can do justice to how much I liked this location.

I could not find anything not to like.

Location - right smack dab in the middle of the old town and walkable to everything. Gorgeous private apartment with a lovely terrace and sizeable space inside a 12th century refurbished palace with original stone. So beautiful! Even a private elevator that takes you to the top floor of the one of 3 apartments here. I Loved the warm lighted mirror in the bathroom, loved the toiletries, loved the bed, high ceilings, general decor, loved the terrace and hot tub but the best thing about this property is the care and hospitality you will receiv from Alberto your host! He was incredible and made staying at this property an unexpected delight. He was great about helping me before we arrived arrange for a private boat tour to surprise my husband, right down to arranging for a bottle of wine on board and helping me pick just the right boat for the special occassion. He also helped us several times get transportation with little notice.. He was an absolute gem upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space explaining everything to us in detail and even left us a little something special in our room to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. He was prompt, pleasant, eager to help in any way and genuinely went out of his way to be accommodating and make sure you would have the best holiday which we did thanks to him. He also knows the local restaurants and has wonderful suggestions to help you sift through the plethora of choices you have to dine in Sirmione. Thank you Alberto for making this an unforgettable getaway in Sirmione. Make sure you book a dinner at La Speranzina! It was the highlight of our trip to Italy and a dinner that you will not soon forget! When we come back to Sirmione Crocus Apartments will be our go to! No need to look any further.

More storage/space in the bathroom? for the ladies and all of their accoutrements. But again.... very small issue. The place was perfect and we loved everything about it so no complaints.

Location was superb and the terrace with hot tub is very spacious and furnished.

No music facility and tv is pretty poor.

Exceptional property and service! Alberto went out of his way to make our stay wonderful!

Nothing not to like

This is truly a hidden gem in Sirmione. I surprised my partner for his 30th Birthday by booking the rooftop suite and it did not disappoint. The balcony has a beautiful view of the castle and you can even see some of the lake from here. The little details were incredible - from the recommendations our lovely concierge gave, to the wine and biscuits in the room on arrival. We paid for the griffo parking and got a buggy right to the hotel. You are surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, all of which are beautiful - and at the end of a day walking around the busy streets, you have a beautiful balcony and hot tub to come back to for a bit of peace. This truly is a special place and we will absolutely be back.

We genuinely cannot fault a single thing here. Perfection.
