ADA Suite Near Bretton Woods With Sauna

Room was clean. Exellent envirment with maintoun and water view. I chose the location since it is close Tramway and Flume Gorge.

The shower I used was really small.

The cabin was very clean and nice. I was not aware of no AC for the cabin. That may have been ok other than the windows did not have screens on them to prevent bugs and critters from possible joining us in the night and evenings.

The room was infested with cockroaches which made our trip very uncomfortable.The people were nice.The overall look of the place was nice until we spent two days killing cockroaches for the amount of money we spent.I am not happy with this resort

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Octber during Fall foliage season. The staff and front desk was friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. The cabin we stayed in was clean and cozy.We were able to come and go as we please. We can't wait to go back next year. We definitely recommend this resort.

We absolutely loved this resort. The views were breathtaking. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, we recommend Littleton Freehouse Tarpoon and Schilling Beer Co. We would definitely love to return. Absolutely no negatives.

Bobbi Sue was so helpful and put us in a pond side cabin. My only complaint was the size of the shower. I’m not a large sized person but it was snug. Otherwise absolute dreamy location.

We stayed in the Cherry Lodge rooms. Clean, comfortable, room with everything we needed. Kettle for coffee & tea, mini fridge, microwave & portable warming stove. Warm greeting at checkin from Bobbie-Sue and all the information she sent was much appreciated. The grounds are beautiful, I wish we could have stayed longer. Close to the cute town of Bethlehem with plenty of good dinner options.

Die Rezeptionistin, Barbie Sue?, war so besonders nett und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, den Blick am See genossen und im herrlich großen Bett gut geschlafen.

We stayed in a cabin at the Presidential. It was spacious, clean, well stocked . The beds were comfortable. There is a lake, playgrounds and even sheep and goats. The staff was more than courteous. They even built a campfire so we could meet our fellow cabin dwellers. The location is excellent for Franconia Notch and the White Mountain adventures.

TV not working upon arrival but was eventually fixed. Maintenance guys were very helpful. No shampoo and only a half empty bottle of conditioner in shower. Was brought new and full ones. Then heater was whining loudly and not working and since 30 degrees out needed it so had to reload car and change rooms at 11:00pm. Staff did try to work on things and did get us into a different room. Evening was taken up by all this. Room basic but clean.
