Location

Outdated, needs reparing (shower and bath), replacing (broken furniture, broken equipment, bath rug stained) and better cleaning (we found hairs in the bathroom). Hot and cold water in the shower are deregulated. For the price we paid, not worth it

The apartment itself was great! Clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Just a very short walk and you're right on the boardwalk.

I loved the fact that we were a block off of Ocean drive.

The unit wasn't the one I picked. The parking garage keypad wasn't really specified. There was 2 different keypads, so I wasn't sure which keypad to use until I came downstairs and saw it.

Location.

Noisy AC hard to keep on at night, difficulty sleeping with it on. Room was very humid and smelt very damp. It’s an old building. Overall it was ok, getting an invoice for my business I had to send 3 emails and call twice. This is a faceless company so dealing with anything is a task.
