The property is well positioned however the room was in my opinion under par for the price. If compared to Asia - smart tv relies on dodgy internet coverage. Watching a film could take you a day or two with the spinning wheel of “no internet” coverage. Toilet door didn’t stay open nor would it close completely. Dividing door to bedroom - stuck until i fixed it - shoved back into its frame. Obviously no maintenance in some time. Kitchen utensils were basic - in fact basic to the extreme. No peeler, no cruet set. Bed - king bed was 2 single bed mattresses on a king base. Obviously not the beat when you are with a partner and enjoy sharing space in bed.

Position

Repeat customer. Great location for our stay. Great to have a reserved, secure underground car park. The air conditioning works really well. We tested it out this last weekend.

Only because of the heat and the afternoon sun. Block out blinds would be a real improvement.

Location

Little or no ventilation in the bedroom- we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open - perhaps can install a fan in the bedrooms

Location was great. Short Walk to great restaurants and shops. Lovely host to greet us who made sure all instructions were given and understood. (A little complicated finding the place and getting to carpark) Apartment spacious and great value for money.

The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness. A little grimy over surfaces and floor. Dishes were a bit the same but the dishwasher fixed that.
