Location and size of unit

Not enough cutleries, plates, and cups. A 1 bedroom has only 2 sets of everything.

The receptionist lady was very helpful and welcoming. The location was so close to everything and right across to Glen shopping centre.

Unfortunately our TV wasn't working and maybe can improve on pillows as well, a bit old. Otherwise all good.

Pillows are not standard hotel quality. After 2 nights I had a sore neck. Our apartment is for 4 adults. But we were only given 4 tea bags and 2 sugar for 2 days.

I found balls of dust behind my bedroom door.

Location was good. Building exterior and lobby was good. Rooms were ok

Bathroom accessories,i think require an upgrade. Everything seems to be a about to break. Touched shampoo holder in washroom, it fell down and hotel was not able to fix during my 4 days stay. Toilets, shower areas had mould and could be better cleaned..rooms had some Asian spice aroma and that would not give a good feeling. Balcony door lock apparently was also broken. Asked for extra towels on the second day. Got them next day again on request. Staff is nice but not some of them seem to be disengaged when talking.

Absolutely everything! The service, cleanliness, comfort, and location were all perfect. I was extremely impressed and very, very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended.

It gets booked out very quickly, so it’s hard to secure a room if you don’t book early.
