Beautiful

Rate is too high for 1 day during the weekend. Andrew attitude was the worst. The hotel beauty and other staff made up for it though.

"Nice hotel!"

I stayed at this hotel prior to a business meeting. The hotel is modern and new. There is a covered parking lot that is convenient. The lobby is inviting, and there is a casual restaurant where you can grab a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Staff are friendly. Rooms are big enough, my bed was fairly comfortable, the room's temperature controls are very good. Internet was problematic and I just gave up on it. My room had a "hidden" frig and microwave. The shower was good except that it was half-open, which seems to be a recent trend. Unfortunately, you end up with water on your bathroom floor, not ideal. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. I would go back if I returned to Jefferson City.

I lived everything about this modern, super clean hotel, especially the helpful staff. The room was big, and the TV was enormous.

"Another Good Marriott Experience!"

Our room #130 had everything we expect from the Marriott chain. The lobby receptionist saw that we were traveling by bike from the Katy Trail and immediately asked if we would like a first floor room to make it easier to bring our bikes inside. She was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will stay here again.

"Good"

After I returned home I found a $17.00 charge on my credit card for parking AT THE HOTEL'S PARKING LOT - which was the only place to park. I was told nothing about this extra charge and it was not obvious on any hotel information I saw while booking the reservation. It felt like total deception!!! I don't care about the money, it was the deception! This will honestly cause me to book elsewhere!
