It was nice that shuttles were offered for the nearby activities. We also felt safe with the 2 gates and door code. We enjoyed the free parking/walkable distance to the beach.

I wasn’t aware that our view was slightly obstructed; there’s a railing in the middle of the window, and someone’s balcony is viewable directly below us. Also, wasn’t aware of the ongoing construction which involved workers scaling the side of the building by the windows— the building next to us was even evacuated due to debris. The price of the room should have been significantly decreased had I known this would be going on during our stay. We were also disappointed that the resort took up literally a mile of the beach with rentable chairs. People who didn’t pay for chairs couldn’t sit up by the water on the day we went. Lastly, I was really disappointed in the fact that we had cleaning instructions to take care of ourselves even though the cleaning fee was insanely high. The fees added on top of the actual nightly price doubled the total of our stay and to be honest, shouldn’t have been. We had to call housekeeping to come back and clean our room again because sand was left all over our dining table.

Excellent and a lot of fun with lots to do. Friendly area, golf at The Links, restaurants, pool, beach. We were here last year and returned. Thank you Vacation Haven. Put Tuscany Italian Bistro 😋 on the exceptional list. Nice conversation with the owner and our waiter,David, was top notch.

the property is lovely. very luscious and green. everything outside is very clean and orderly.

it was so paradise like I loved it so much. the pool was clean and beautiful, the walk to the beach was close and near a restaurant which is so wonderful.

This was our 2nd visit to the resort, but 1st time on the beach side. We had a small studio which was all we needed. A short walk to the beach, tram stop right outside if you want to visit Baytowne. Already looking to return next year!!
