Overall, the condo itself was great. The size and location were what we were looking for vacation wise.

The condo's maintenance has been neglected which put a damper on our stay. It was clean only at the surface level. The couches and barstools were disgusting because they were covered with stains. One of the couches had a coffee stain completely covering its side. A toilet bowel scrubber was covered in feces. The microwave light was not working. There was debris in the ice maker. The hot water did not work in the second bedroom and its tub was partially clean. There was cheap dish washing liquid and only one dish cloth for a 3 night stay. The living area television glitched and sometimes did not turn on. The master bedroom's television did not work. The HDMI cord had to be connected to the second bedroom's television. There was a dirty dish rack. No extra sheets or comforters were provided. This condo had potential. However, because of how unclean and neglected it was, I would not recommend it. If it were properly maintained, I would- hands down- book with Phoenix on the Bay again.

The staff that work on the property were very nice. I recommend booking through them, Brett/Robinson if you stay here.

There is no waterslide on the property even though you have pictures on the site of one. We tried to checkout and get a refund once we got there and found out there was no slide. This was the reason we booked this place is because my 7 year old with autism loves water slides. I talked to 3 different people screen shot pictures and sent 3 different times. They kept saying that they would review this and get back to me. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard a thing from them. There are no blankets there, only sheets. Do not book through this site or Vacasa!

View from room was great. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Blankets were too thin. Carpet in front room needs to be cleaned. No complementary coffee in room. Wrong code given to unlock room. Waited almost 15 minutes before we could get in our condo.
