Da localização, não precisa de carro para ir nas praias da região

Por estar na rua principal o barulho de veículos as vezes é muito grande, seria interessante o estabelecimento providenciar janelas ou cortinas abafadores de ruído, outra coisa, falta ar condicionado nas outras dependências do apartamento, principalmente na cozinha
