Richmond Hotel Tokyo Musashino

The room was extremely clean. Some reviews complained that it was dated, so I was expecting it to be a little run down. But that was not the case, it is a well cared for property. The area has a lot of good restaurants, and the hotel is a 10 minute walk from an express stop on the Chuo line.

The hotel is conveniently located if you are travelling along the Chuo Line. It is close to Inokashira Park. There are lots of bakeries in the area. The room was spacious for Tokyo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large selection of toiletries, coffee, etc, available in the lobby, and you could take whatever you needed.

The wifi in my room didn't work initially, but once the front desk restarted it, it was fine.

Quiet, close to station, good neighborhood

Very good hotel. Comfortable room. Everything very clean. Breakfast was very good but a bit repetitive as we stayed there for 8 nights (most likely their customers stay for significantly shorter periods). The machine to freshly press oranges at breakfast was really nice. Last but not least, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Mitaka is very well served by the metro system, so it is also a good base to visit Tokyo.

There was nothing we did not like. I mentioned the breakfast as being good but repetitive as it did not change over the week. I would not hold this too much as a negative point as most likely their customers stay for short periods).

Despite a few initial glitches, the staff has been very kind and helpful, solving promptly all the problems. The breakfast was excellent, both in variety and quality. The room was not very large, but it was well arranged, clean and comfortable. The staff always very kind and supportive. The position: good, not far from the Mitaka station, in a lively neighborhood.

レストランはサイゼリアでした。 料金的に高いと思いました。 もう少しリーズナブルの料金であれば、使用したいと思います。 立地的にもホテル内ですし、店内も明るく魅力的ではありました。 そこが少し残念でした。
