"Fixing a few issues would make this an excellent place rather than just good."

Location of the Orchard was great. Place was very clean. Thank you for leaving the keys- that was great. Layout worked well for for 2 couples and 2 singles.

The doonas on the beds were completely inadequate for the overnight temperatures. It was freezing. No extra blankets provided. Both toilets had problems- one cistern failed to fill and the other overflowed. The dishwasher has something loose so sounds as though the spray arms are banging all through cycle. Annoying at night. No plug for basin or bath.
