When we planned our trip to Nusa Penida, we booked this hotel, and the host contacted us immediately by herself. She kindly offered to arrange a transfer, explaining that GoJek and Grab do not operate on the island and only local transportation is available. She also helped us buy tickets for the speedboat that takes you to Nusa Penida. In fact, she fully organized our entire trip — transfers, meeting and seeing us off, and even helped us plan visits to the best beaches on the island. She assisted us with everything related to our stay. The bungalows were absolutely amazing — very stylish, jungle-inspired, and cozy. The pool was clean and beautiful, and she even treated us to fresh coconuts. Overall, the service exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt truly cared for. Nos encantó la tranquilidad del lugar. Lo comodo que era el colchón. La adaptabilidad de la propietaria a nuestras peticiones y atención en tofo momento. Sin duda, repetiria. Y la cantidad de minimarkets y warungs que hay alrededor.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can book a diving trip directly at the hotel. The superb location in the center of the island, close to the main attractions, especially Kelingking Beach, is perfect for an early morning visit.

The light in the room flickered constantly, and when it wasn't, it was very dim. During our stay, it went out due to insects that had gotten into the light switches. The water in the room also went out, but the staff fixed it within a couple of hours. Insect repellent isn't provided in the rooms by default, but they will provide it upon request, and mosquitoes are plentiful there, as they are everywhere else on the island.
