Kl. 6.12 kom der 2 store kraner som skulle arbejde udenfor hotellet. Det gav en del støj hele morgenen indtil jeg forlod hotellet.

Good things: most things are very clean, employees are polite. Negative things: As a gold member I have not received a room upgrade even though Expedia sent me a confirmation mail. I have also asked politely in the front desk but they said “I cannot do such things manually”. After double checking Expedia, I saw availability but was not given it. Furthermore I have not received a free bottle of wine as promised due to my status. The blanket had moldy black spots. The WiFi is not 5G nor 4G or even 3G. In the back of the breakfast area there is no WiFi connection at all. There are no security measures if you want to leave your belongings at the desk. They just tell you to leave the things behind a glass door where everyone just could go there.

Unique set up of the building and rooms, fun atmosphere. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and friendly, supported all of our needs. Great experience!

una solo cosa mi è piaciuta: la colazione, davvero fantastica. C'era tutto quello che mi piace... ovviamente è soggettivo, ma trovi tutto. Cosa non è piaciuto · Innanzitutto non c'erano neanche le sleepers in camera (richieste), non c'era l'asciugacapelli che ho dovuto richiedere alla reception e nella stanza non c'era il telefono per chiamare la reception. Il frigobar era vuoto. Insomma, non proprio un servizio a 4 stelle...

Beautiful city and fancy hotel. everything is good

The service we received at this hotel was diabolical. We arrived late en route from Greece to the UK for an overnight rest. When I went in to ask where the parking was, there was no welcome or smile. In fact every time I went to reception they were unsmiling and almost looked confused as to why I might be approaching them. I booked a triple and realised in the morning that we only had 2 of everything. When I went to reception I was told to GO AND FIND HOUSEKEEPING MYSELF. When I incredulously asked where they would be the receptionist replied ‘On the first floor’ I was expected to go and sort out the issue myself. I eventually found 2 ladies and managed by hand gestures to ask for what was needed. I have never stayed in a hotel where I am expected to do their job for them. I would not recommend and I certainly would stay again. I was going to have breakfast with my family but decided against this after having been sent to look for towels and coffee cups. Could also do with maintenance. See below
