From 15:00 or at other times when the reception is not staffed, you can pick up your key at the Brauhaus Zwickau (Peter-Breuer-Straße 12-16), which is directly opposite the hotel. Liebevoll eingerichteter Hof zur Vorweihnachtszeit mit Glühweinverkauf etc.

Das Nachlegen Wurst Käse Rührei beim Frühstück funktionierte nicht so gut. Eine zusätzliche Thermoskanne für Kaffee ist in der Hauptfrühstückszeit unentbehrlich.

Die Lage ist für eine Stadttour perfekt! Wir waren das zweite mal in diesem Hotel, das sagt wohl aus, dass wir zufrieden sind

Für uns nervig, die Eingabe des Türcodes. Allerdings wurde uns vom Personal geholfen. Stichwort Personal, wahrscheinlich wie so oft, es mangelt an diesem. Was wohl auch der Grund war, dass es beim Frühstück etwas "hakte". Aber wie gesagt, eigentlich Kleinigkeiten.
