"Air conditioning didn’t work"

One of the hottest days of the year and our group sat in lobby and air wasn’t working. Found a couple ants in our bathroom. It was a nice place overall, just need la some attention.

"Poor management and corporate support."

I made a two bed reservation with my Platinum Elite rewards on May 31. Upon arriving I was informed the manager(Jeramy) had changed the reservation to a one bed. I arrived with a relative planning on each of us having our own bed. Front desk said they could not change the bed type as the hotel was sold out and no other rooms available. Yet the person checking in behind us (not a rewards member) received their two bed room and had only one person staying. Calling corporated (on hold and phone for 45 minutes) only offered approx. 1/2 night reward points for the manager's actions. Manager calls and said he made the change and did not call me to confirm I needed the two beds.....but the hotel did to complete another reservation. Manager was not sympathetic to my needs nor my 33 years of rewards membership. I would not recomend this hotel. The stafff.....manager wasn't on duty for my check in....nor the manager could care less about changing a reservation.....nor compensating for their mistake. And Corporate said the approx. 1/2 night points was all they would compensate. Still we sleep very uncomfortably.
