It was right next to the mall and shopping in a lot of restaurants

for the price I expected exceptional accommodations. There was no Hot Tub. The pool was cold. Both coffee makers were out of service. Breakfast was mediocre with half cooked sausage no bacon, no grits. You could not add cheese to the watery eggs even the towels look like they were purchased at the local Dollar tree. They are very thin hard and look like it was for children. They were nuts in the room which we were given a can of roach spray and the AC continually cut off, making the room very warm and we had to manually wake up in the middle of the night to turn it on again

The breakfast was not all there all weekend..we stayed four days and the weekend breakfast was not good at all..no pancakes..no Coffee ☕ at all .no biscuits and gravy.rhwt would not refill anything after 9 am and breakfast goes until 9:30 am. Eggs were yucky and the cinnamon rolls were still cold. I was not happy considering I spent the extra money just to come for the good breakfast and pool. The pool was not even 4 ft and very small. It was so dull you could not even get it so that was another reason we picked this hotel and was let down on both. I had to ask for towels and wash clothes every day..I had four people and stayed four days and not once did anyone come see if we needed towels.. toilet paper ECT. I basically fended for myself and spent extra money for things we did not get..so I don't know if I will be returning when I can stay right next door for much cheaper with the same accommodations.. .

The handicap room was what we needed & was close to the entrance.

This was a quick stop on the way home from a conference. The check in was smooth. The room was comfortable.

This place was CLEAN and OH SO FRIENDLY! There’s a reason my family and I love to stay at Holiday Inn hotels and this one is a prime example of amazing customer service. I’m obsessed with their hospitality and I know for sure we are customers here for life.
