PHGreat clean place with wonderful outdoor spa type pools. The place was generally well maintained and I really enjoyed the massage pools. Also plenty of space for children/toddler to play around in.

THVery friendly staff, they always wear a pleasant smile whenever we approach them or when requesting for something.
Check-in time is 3 pm though they allowed me to check-in an hour earlier since there are no other occupants in the pods.
PHThough getting to the hotel was not as straightforward as I expected, the location afforded a semblance of privacy as it is not hemmed in by tall buildings. Lots of greenery as well.
Swimming pools occupy the central yard of the complex with a lap pool at the far end and a regular pool at the other. The latter gets noisy during the day as this is where families congregate with their kids and other guests. Not ideal for somebody seeking rest and solitude. Despite assurance from Booking.com, I wasn’t given the discounted rate when I checked in. Nor was I allowed free breakfast as indicated in my room rate page. The front desk clerk advised they have never given free breakfasts to anybody who used travel aggregators like Booking.com, Expedia, Travel Advisor and the like. That was their company policy they said. Clearly a case of false advertising. This property should never have gone into your list of affiliated hotels given the fact they will not provide what you have committed to your customers. Woke up with a swarm of small red ants wrapped around a couple of lollies I left on my night stand. Painstakingly followed their origins only to realize they were all over the floor.
