I stayed here for the second time. I think that this the best place for staying in Brighton. It’s closely to downtown and the sea, but quiet and cozy. The view from my room was at the garden. It was nice to hear birds in the morning.

The mattress of the cot bed for our 2 years old daughter was very thin and was actually wrapped with clothes to make it appear bigger. Please make sure to have higher quality mattress to not degrade the standing of the appartment.
