La cocina es mala. Poca calidad y variedad de los alimentos.

Une réservation pour deux personnes par erreur avec petit déjeuner, a l'arrivée j'ai signalé que c'est une erreur, reponse c'est le même prix. Restauration: je j'ai que c'est un debut pour votre chef, mais ne pas faire la différence entre saignant, appoint et bien cuit. En plus un Resident de l'hôtel a qui on exige le paiement avant de prendre son plateau comme s'il allait prendre la fuite. J'ai demandé a la réservation une chambre calme, a l'acceuil, la reponse est: cela ne depond pas de nous mais du voisin de chambre. Dommage je frequenté cet hôtel depuis longtemps, l'année derniere, un probleme de prostitution

The room was functional - period. What was good was the staff attitude when I complained about the noise from the toilet which went on all periodically throughout the night. Although the hotel was full that evening I was assured that next morning I would be moved to the main hotel at no extra cost. The staff were brilliant, in particular Adrian who made all the arrangements the next day and arranged the room move as his colleague had promised (sorry I don't know the colleagues name but he had very tattooed arms and was good to deal with too). I come from the hotel trade and clearly room 101 is a last let room.

The room was so cold, a total 'aertex looking' shell. The toilet was in what I can describe as an aertex decorated box, the toilet made these really loud noises periodically throughout the night which kept me awake. The room #101 is opposite a lift in a narrow corridor and other selfish guests were talking really loud in the corridor throughout the night. Everyone I have shown photos to say what an absolutely depressing room. Pulling up the blind is even more depressing with some awful painting on a dilapidated broken wall and rough ground.
