SpringHill Suites Island Park Yellowstone

This was our 2nd time staying here. The rooms were so clean, the front desk staff was kind and welcoming and answered questions I had so patiently. The main lobby is beautiful

To start off Amberlie was OUTSTANDING!!! her friendly, inviting attitude as well as her patience and care was refreshing and her professionalism was top notch. Our stay here was very nice. The room was amazing, beautifully decorated and clean. This part of Idaho is pretty and having the suiets right off the road was convenient. Absolutely loved the dinning area as well as just being able to relax and maybe shoot a game of pool. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to friends and family!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites Island Park. Amberle was very friendly and helpful. Heather did a superb job in the restaurant/bar area working on her own. Food was fantastic! Hotel was clean. We would recommend staying here.

The hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. Everything seemed well-maintained. I love the outdoor hot tub, so amazing to sit outdoors in a hot tub with snow just a few feet away and a view of the mountains. There is also a pizza place at the hotel, which has very good pizza. I was surprised how good it was. The indoor pool is nice, also a little cold but clean. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is not bad either, and in a very comfortable area. 2 issues: the bathroom sink was really slow draining. The only other complaint I have is that the front desk they put us in the wrong room, sent us the wrong bill, and charged us for parking when we did not have a car. I got 3 different answers, and the manager made me wait for an answer until she came in later in the day. I am surprised they did not offer any money back since we stayed in a queen room instead of a king suite. Otherwise, I would not have a problem returning to the hotel if we are ever in the area again. As a matter of fact, I was sorry we were only where staying 1 night. This would have been a 5 star rating if not for the front desk.

What a beautiful property! Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were so comfortable and roomy! Loved the hot tub with the views!!

$20 parking fee was not disclosed until we showed up. That should be included in the price of the reservation. Very disappointed with that.

I absolutely love this riverside location! The gathering spaces is open and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, but the staff made the experience the best. Ruth at the front desk was so kind, remembered my name next day, and even put together a cute birthday celebration package that they left at the door of my parents room, celebrating my dads 68th birthday! 🎉 Thank you Ruth for going above and beyond.
