Uraha Apartments

El anfitrión ha fallecido y nadie atiende estos apartamentos. Tuvimos que buscar un hotel en medio de la noche y la tormenta de nieve. Por favor retiren esta oferta de su catálogo para que no le pase a nadie más. Esperemos que alguien los recupere de nuevo porque estaban muy bien, pero por ahora no se os ocurra reservar aquí.

Non c’è nessun modo di mettersi in contatto con la struttura. Non c’è reception, per entrare si deve ritirare la chiave da una piccola scatola chiusa, apparentemente con un codice di sblocco. Arrivo alle 23.30 senza aver ricevuto nessuna informazione da parte della struttura su quale codice usare. Nei giorni precedenti ho chiamato, scritto e lasciato un messaggio in segreteria, nessuna risposta. Quindi la prima notte non sapendo come entrare ho dovuto prendere last minute un altro hotel. Chiesto il rimborso della prima notte, ovviamente nessuna risposta. Il giorno dopo torno e mi rendo conto che la cassetta contenente la chiave si apre senza codice. Dentro l’appartamento nessun messaggio di benvenuto, nessuna info su come accedere alla rete wifi. Nessun bagnoschiuma/shampoo nel bagno. Terribile.

Clean, bright and a quiet position not far from the main town.

An iron wasn’t available and as we were attending a wedding we needed to iron shirts etc. No Mirror in main bedroom and no plugs near the one mirror in the other bedroom. Apart from that a lovely apartment.

Nice garden and bathroom.

Apartment number 1: heating was off and it was freezing inside the apartment. We slept in day-wear clothes to avoid the cold. Sheets were missing in all beads and ones in bed felt used (pillowcases etc.) Beds were dirty, full of hair. We had to vacuum all the beds. There were no curtains on the windows, 3/4 were missing and the light disturbed our night sleep badly. Apartment number 2: Sheets were missing in all beads and beds were dirty, full of hair. The floor was dirty and sticky. The air is very moist and smells like mold, even our papers started to curl. Some of the dishes were dirty. Apartment number 4: The sofa bed had a really dirty bed sheet, we could not use it. Some of the dishes were dirty. Wifi didn’t work, we did ask for new password couple of times, but those did not work. We called the owner several times, but despite the promises, we did not receive clean sheets or the promised monetary compensation.
