Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they were ready to answer any question we had and shared some fantastic local recommendations as well. Plus the wonderful view from the rooftop terrace made our day!

The hotel was responsive and patiently answered my questions. Staff were very polite and helpful , willing to go extra miles to meet travellers’ needs. I actually felt more at home than at a hotel. My room was large and beautiful inside. The housekeepers was excellent. spraying my room with perfume? after cleaning. Had a wide selection of food for breakfast. Food tasted good. The terrace overlooking Goreme was an icing on the cake the cake.

Good bed, good showers. The family are so sweet and we just loved their dog Geche. (Take her for a walk she will love it) The breakfast is fresh and more than enough. Best location for watching the morning balloons from the rooftop, short walk to anywhere in the town.

The views from the rooftop are perfect! The staff is really kind and attentive, they offered us tea and turkish coffee. Breafast is fresh, and they can make you an omelette if you want to. Ali at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything patiently. (He also showed us photos of his cute cats 😍). Gece, the hotel puppy is the friendliest sweetest dog ever!

Good location for viewing the balloons

The entire town of Göreme is filled with hotels, but what sets this one apart is the nice staffs of the hotel. As long as you sit in the lobby, you'll surely be served tea or coffee. The little dog here is extremely adorable, and the young staff member is truly kind-hearted, really nice. We arrived at night and wanted to book a hot air balloon ride for the next day. The helpful staff member enthusiastically made several calls to different travel agencies for us to find the best price. When chatting with us, he also recommended other scenic spots in Turkey, helped us book a car, reserve activities, and even showed us where to find an ATM... In short, we could turn to him for help whenever we had something to deal with. The hotel enjoys a great location. It has a wonderful terrace, which is perfect for taking amazing photos and watching the hot air balloons, as well as the sunrise and sunset. The rooms are cave-style, which is a distinctive feature of Göreme. Toiletries are provided, except for toothbrushes. This is considered top-notch even in Turkey.
