Kaya La Provence

Very good location. The kitchen was well equipped. The Studio was spacious wih enough light. The garden is beautiful and tranquil.

This was the best experience of our trip to South Africa: the care for our comfort, the exquisite studio interior, and the unique recommendations for cultural sites in the region were all perfectly executed by the hosts. I dream of returning again in the future.

Freundliche und engagierte Gastgeber. Der schöne Garten und die private, überdachte Terrasse. Die Gastgeber sind engagiert und gut erreichbar.Die Nähe zu Restaurants und Weingüter in Constantia. Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir konnten das Auto in einer sicheren Garage abstellen.

Wer den Vintage Stil mag ist hier genau richtig. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und dunkel, wir haben deshalb das 3. Bett im Wohnzimmer genutzt. Das Badezimmer zum Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr klein und die Armaturen ( Brause ) sollte erneuert werden. Waschbecken und Toilette sind eher für Kinder geeignet.

Sehr privat,wir waren zu dritt und hatten beide Studios gebucht und waren daher alleine,hatten den Garten für uns. Die Ausstattung der Küchen ist top,Lage der Unterkunft gut nach Kapstadt oder zur Kap-halbinsel,sehr sicher und angenehme Nachbarschaft.

Clean and spacious.

I had a great stay at Kaya La Provance. Lovely and peaceful place with a beautiful garden as well as very nice rooms. Neil is a great host easy to communicate with.

Lovely property, very secure with a beautiful outdoor area with wood braai, garden, pool and spa. We stayed at Kaya La Provence overnight on two separate occasions during our time in Cape Town, so were fortunate to experience both rooms. They were both very well appointed, with lovely furnishings, very comfortable beds, well set-up kitchens & bathrooms. We really appreciated the huge sofas & TV's with streaming services all ready to go, great wifi and so many thoughtful touches including coffee pods, milk & shortbread in the kitchen, bathrobes & toiletries in the bathroom and access to an iron & ironing board. Neil was very friendly, made himself available to meet us on arrival & chat about places to visit. We were so pleased to find accommodation of this quality in Plumstead, close to family & also very accessible to Constantia & surrounds; we will definitely be back for subsequent visits. Neil & Nicky are excellent hosts, very welcoming, always immediately on hand, yet totally discrete. The cottage is a lovely place to stay. Very clean, all the amenities and comforts you could need, and a great night’s sleep. It has its own private patio with relaxing chairs. The cottage felt very much like a home with constant care and attention, definitely not like a holiday unit. Parking was easy in the secure covered garage. Kaya la Provence is in a lovely quiet safe neighbourhood, yet just a 3 minute walk to cafes and shops, as well as really easy to access and find. Kaya la Provence is a perfect base for a holiday as it’s everything the area has to offer is in all directions from here. We used Uber a lot without any wait time issues, which is much cheaper in SA than elsewhere in the world. We will be back, we are planning it already!
