Crown Resorts at Silverwoods

The address for the townhouse was not listed at it's actual location. The townhouses are actually a 20 minute drive through a gated community from the address provided. Since you are not a resident of this community, you are only permitted to use the main gate furthest away from the townhouses. Check-in and check-out was confusing since the office is only open from 9am-4pm. Unless you plan to vacation at the lake, I would not recommend staying here.

(1) There was no communication. We received a notice that checking started at 4pm, but when we arrived we found that the office CLOSES at 4pm We didn't know what to do so we called customer service to walk us through it. We should have received instructions in advance. (Customer service was very nice) (2) Everyone's key is in the same lockbox with appt numbers on them. Which means everyone with access to the box has access to get (copy) everyone else's keys. In addition, I had to fill something out and put it back in the box - which means everyone with access to the box had access to that. Security was totally unacceptable!! (3) The condo is very cute but desperately needs remodeling, especially the bathrooms. Toilets remind me of what was in the grandmother's house - from the 1940's. (4) Twin beds both need to be replaced. I'm still dealing with pain from sleeping in one of them. (5) Everything looked very clean, but the whole place had an air of oldness and mustiness about it. We had also reserved a condo for our return trip. The beds were so bad, that we forfeited what we had paid to reserve a condo for the return trip and got hotel rooms. I'm still dealing with pain from sleeping in that bed. I've never given a low rating for anywhere that I stayed before.

Great value, comfortable stay. We had a living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. Furnishing were a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. We first got to our unit at night and it was a bit hard to find the right one as most of the units numbers were not lit up and there was a bush in front of ours. The gym only had two treadmills and a bike, one machine resembling a bowflex in a very small area. Due to our short stay, the gym's hours did not allow us to be able to use it; would have like extended hours of us. The lady working at the gym area was extremely nice. Overall, would definitely return.

Location, lake was nice and golf course, walkable distance, kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels

Unit old, outdated, filthy stained carpet, rusted stained shower fixtures, mattresses old, had springs and extremely uncomfortable. Couch cushions saggy and uncomfortable with no foam left, deck worn and dirty.

The place smelled like cigarettes the appliances were so old we didn’t even know how to use them the carpet was all stained up just all around bad experience

Everything could have been better they need to remodel these places

The price of the property isn't bad , the property was clean but definitely needs updated.

I like the scenery it was a beautiful view and very peaceful

The pool/arcade hours are not designed for guests to enjoy them. If you stay one night like we did you get no use of the pool or arcade. Hours for pool/arcade are 10am to 4pm. Check in is 4pm check out is 10am so this resulted in all of us being pretty upset and disappointed as these amenities helped me choose this property to stay at. Also very outdated the photos displayed on booking.com are definitely not the unit we were given. Also our microwave and telephone were inoperable. Microwave was sparking like it was going to catch fire. Also door to bedroom knob did not work unable to close door. Dishes/pots & pans very outdated def need new ones.
