Ο διαρκής θόρυβος της εξωτερικής μονάδας κλιματιστικου τοποθετημένη στο μπαλκόνι του δωματίου,οι παρά πολύ στενές ,επισφαλής σκάλες & η ντουζιέρα μόλις που χωρούσε 1 άτομο κανονικού βάρους μέσα....
