Stunning views from the terrace and proximity to town make this accommodation so great!! We stayed here with our two kids and it had absolutely everything we needed and more. The terrace was perfect for a morning coffee or sunset dinner.

Ночью очень холодно, но есть в каждой комнате теплое одеяло дополнительное! В одной из комнат нет двери и это доставляло дискомфорт.

The location and the view from the balcony were great. The person on reception on the 2nd day was helpful.

A door on the bedroom instead of a see-through privacy screen. The electric heater and washing machine can't be plugged in - I didn't get much sleep and I had to wear my jacket to bed due to the cold (changed the thermostat in the kitchen to heat but nothing happened - I guess it is not November yet). Toaster didn't work. Took 2 days to get the batteries in the TV remote replaced. The place in general is getting run down. It is very easy to trip (but not find) the basement circuit breaker which may explain why the heater etc cannot be plugged in. My worst review in 20 years.

We enjoyed the location, size and the view over Lake Como from the balcony.

The apartment was sadly run down, as it could have so much potential. The bedrooms were dirty, full of useless furniture, the large bedroom did not have any door on it for privacy, the bed spred was stained. A large tile in the bathroom was broken and the gas detector went off (we however got it repaired after 2 hrs, which was good). The tv didnt work, and the living room was dirty with stained window blinds. I would not stay there again, as their staff was simply rude and passive agressive in reply when I filed a complaint.

Great location. Lovely views. Washing machine and dryer which we appreciated. Lovely kitchen. Revamped master ensuite.

No door on the master. Lots of furniture in the living area making it very cluttered.

It was steps from the center and had a very good view

When I arrived there was another car parked and I had to find out who it was, ask him to drive his car and wait. The electricity went off every moment, if I wanted to use the kettle the electricity would cut off... even when turning on the lights, which was quite annoying

Great location, easy to find and great space for a family of 5

We wanted to have a full appointed kitchen however there were no condiments, oils, salt, pepper, to make cooking possible without having to buy them which was disappointing

Spacious house with magnificent view looking out to Menaggio town center and the lake. I can spend whole day in the terrace doing nothing but just enjoying the view. Facilities in the house in enough, not too modern or fancy. No air conditioning just fans but with the pleasant lake weather by the time we visited it was not a problem. The location is a bit challenge if you travel to Menaggio by train/bus and reach to the property on feet with luggage because of the stairs to go from one street to another and lack of pavement however if anyone drive this could not be an issue. Rather than this we have no issue to walk from the house to bus stop, ferry station or local restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone travel in large group or big family. If you like to brew your coffee and see the sun rise or cook your Italian meals home and have dinner in the terrace and watch the lake's sunset this could be one option to consider.
