Extended Stay America Premier Suites Melbourne I95

At first when I arrived I saw a few people sitting in front of bldg in wheelchairs and walkers so I thought I was in wrong place but I went in and they kinda xplained..my stay was ok and would definitely stay again even tho sum of the tenants a lil suspect😁😁

Being on the 3rd floor the room to never cool down and was clammy and floors where damp. And not sure if the filter needed changed out but the room was musky

Out of all the extended stays, I have stayed at hands-down best one staff amazing polite rooms, clean up-to-date. Wonderful experience.

We used this property for an overnight stay.

The price and the bathroom

The smell in the hallways but the rooms were fine

Affordable price,welcoming staff. I wasn't able to use the laundromat because i didn't have change,and reception didn't have it either. I wasn't happy when i was told that housekeeping happens once a week.

The room was excellent except the shower was horrible. The size shower head fixed to the wall. T

Overall very good stay there was some concern about using the cart to bring in my stuff it seemed they really guard those and requested I return it quickly I told them I took a lot of stuff to my room and was checking out in less then 12 hrs and preferred to just keep the cart in my room until I left which they allowed but kind of made it seem it was a big deal, just seemed odd have never had that happen in any hotel i have stayed in prior.
