Awful place its an absolute scam booked this to get a phone call saying its closed down for maintenance sent us to another property that was a house full of people fresh out of hmp! Cancelled it and they refused my refund do not book!

I was not given a room or refund. I was refused entry and told that there were no rooms available and I should go to another site which was 25 minutes away. Went there and was refused entry. Wasted time and my money on booking and fuel. Will be reporting this to the relevant departments.
