Beautiful Sante Fe style, great views, convenient location.

Pool area closes at 5:30 and was on the opposite side of the property with a lot of stairs. Not suitable for someone with walking difficulties.

I needed to find the property management office across town in order to collect keys out of a dark lock box after sunset (early this time of year, about 6:00PM). Then I drove across town to find the apartment, which was not very easy to find. GPS didn’t help, and the description in the envelope with the keys lacked a few details.

The property manager, Kokopelli, was not responsive to my emails and phone calls. I sent them messages through the Booking website several weeks ago, multiple times, that remained unanswered, and then had questions once I arrived about the hot tub I was supposed to have access to. They did not return my voice messages, and were surprisingly short-tempered on the phone. I was never able to access the hot tub that the property promised because there was contradictory information between the online portal, emails, and what was in the envelope I picked up with the key. When I couldn’t reach my assigned manager, Silvia, and she didn’t return my phone calls, I called their main office number to check with another Kokopelli property manager about the hot tub and pool. He was not only quite defensive immediately upon my question about whether I was at the proper recreation center, but he misinformed me. So I was never able to find the hot tub, and paid to enter the Fort Marcy Community Rec Center instead. He said the manager would call me that day about the misinformation, and he did not. When I dropped off the key and mentioned the issues again, Sylvia was patronizing and told me that I should have known to ignore the information I had received in the email and on the online portal, and instead looked at the slip of paper in the envelope with my key. It was an unpleasant experience dealing with the management team on multiple occasions—very unnecessarily distressing, unfortunately. All they need to do is update the information on their portal, in their emails, and be responsive to calls and emails. Otherwise, i was pleased with the apartment itself and the location.

No breakfast. Location nice and away from main city.

Very dated, dark decor. Didn’t like having to pick up and return keys at another location.

Condo was just the right size with everything we needed.

it was a bit confusing to find but the management company did provide a map that helped.

Perfect location. bird’s eye view of Zozobra and that wasn’t even the purpose of our trip. Walking distance to the square. Convenient to hiking trails. Well stocked kitchen, though we didn’t have much need to use this trip.

The road below can we a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us
