The studio was perfect for two people. We had everything we needed for our stay, and Luca was a wonderful and friendly host! We loved the location as it made it easy for us to visit the old town and to visit beaches close by.

We had a mixed experience staying here. First, I would like to mention that Luka, who manages the apartment, was very kind, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. The owners have clearly put effort into decorating the place, and the apartment is charming and nicely furnished. The location is excellent, situated on the ground floor of an old stone house in the very center of town. However, being on the ground floor also means there is very little natural light inside the apartment. The owners have installed Wi-Fi signal boosters, which shows they are aware of the issue, but unfortunately the internet connection was still almost unusable during our stay. One of the biggest drawbacks was the noise from the apartment above. The guests upstairs were not noisy at all—they were simply walking normally—but the old wooden floors (without modern sound insulation) transmit every step so loudly that it often felt as if the ceiling might collapse. I was woken up by this every night. We also experienced a minor issue with a leaking water heater during our stay. I do not hold this against the property, as these things can happen anywhere. However, the apartment has a significant humidity problem. There is a strong smell of dampness throughout the space, and the bathroom often smelled of sewage. The humidity was so high that towels would not dry overnight and remained wet day after day. The damp smell also started to affect our clothes. In addition, during the first few days I had to deal with several moths inside the apartment. Overall, I feel sorry leaving a negative review because I rarely do so, and the hosts seem well-intentioned. Unfortunately, while the location is great and the apartment is attractively decorated, these positives do not justify the price considering the issues we experienced.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the center of Korčula. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Luka was a fantastic host—very friendly, helpful, and always available. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

We had a wonderful stay — the location truly couldn’t be better. What made it even more special was the fantastic host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and thoroughly enjoyable. Everything is literally just a few steps away: the morning coffee bar is only about 10 meters away, and all restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep. A special note: Luka offers discounts for his guests at several excellent local restaurants, which was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended — we will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to return!

We were met at the apartment by Nina and she showed us through the property and provided a complimentary bottle of homemade limoncello. Yum. There is a washing machine and clothes rack to dry things. The location is perfect for cafes, the old walled city, bus and ferry and swimming. There is a lot to do in Korcula and if you are self catering, there is a very good supermarket nearby.

The apartment doesn’t have a view, natural light and is quite cold now that summer is ended. But they have an excellent heater and it is very cosy.
