The building are old but it was very clean and comfortable. The noise level was acceptable but patrons and or someone above me made noise most of the night. I had a scratch on my pickup but I do not blame the property owners. It was made by one of the other patrons.
Older, nostalgic motel. Staff is very friendly, rooms are basic and clean. I stay here every time that I’m in town.
Great courtyard and pool atmosphere.

Hate to say but bed bugs could not sleep bug where coming inside bathroom and found one on the bed

In the town I grew up in, the accommodations were convenient to all the locations I would be visiting. I enjoyed the attached restaurant for my early morning breakfast. When I need lodging in Altus in the future, my reservations will be at Friendship Inn!
Let see been staying here for over a month and all of a sudden I can’t because my room is cluttered totally wrong I had some of my clients court paperwork on the the floor when they tried to come in my room with a do not disturb sign on my door told them I would be right back I was eating lunch right down the road they went in room on last Friday and I spoke up and now I can’t stay there
Only negative was my suite was facing the highway (50 ft ) away and the traffic sounds kept me awake. I live in the country and not accustomed to sounds from busy road traffic. If youre used to those sounds it might be acceptable in your stay.
