Spa House Retreat

Location was perfect. Nice and quiet but not far from the centre.

Scaffolding all up the building but nothing major.

I loved staying here! A lot of space to move around in, which made it very easy to feel at home in. Located in a quiet residential street but very close to the town centre. The bathrooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable! But most importantly, I felt safe as a solo traveller. The only thing I’d let other travellers know about is the steep spiral staircase up to the bedroom which difficult to bring luggage up. I’d recommend just bringing up only the things you’ll need for the night!

Very clean. Excellent location, exactly what we expected and more and would come highly recommend from me and my partner.

Breakfast not included but cooking facilities available if needed was a very comfy warm apartment very cozy and close to all amenities

I was disappointed with the seagull droppings on the streets of Whitby which made us feel uncomfortable and in no hurry to return

Only 20m to nearest cafe and 50m to the nearest pub, then it’s all shops cates and pubs as you’re in the town. So it great location. Parking permit provided. Super comfy bed, excellent shower and full cooking facilities if you need it. Excellent

Nothing to dislike.

Location was superb with easy on road parking (with permit supplied). Lovely apartment with everything you need for your stay.

Compy bed,was clean and tidy. It was extremely noisy from one side maybe the time of year.Could do with more towels bath towels were worn and had couple of holes.

Noise from one side the lights shining up the stairs from exit sign which I guess is one of those things

location, free parking card, decor, comfy bed, all facilities, fixtures and fittings were new/fairly new, cleanliness/spotless

en-suite radiator did not work, we would have benefitted from a small chest of drawers in the bedroom.

Lovely well thought out property clean, comfortable and warm, everything you might need supplied. Nice quiet street but only a 10 minute walk to the town.
