Lovely, spacious flat in central yet quiet location, close to beach and shops, cafes etc. Good controllable heating and thick carpet on a cold (but sunny) weekend. Flat seemed very clean, which is my main demand of a holiday stay. Very effective blackout blinds and curtain for bedroom. Didn't use the kitchen beyond hot drinks, porridge and eggs on toast, so can't comment on all facilities, but there was a cafetiere and looked to be a couple of saucepans. Parking is available a few mins walk away at West Cliff Car Park, and is Free in winter (before 1st March). Think it said about £10-ish a day otherwise. My only 2 areas for improvement would be a cosier/softer lamp in the living room, as the current one is quite a big, harsh light. Plus the Fire Exit sign above the front door emits light that reaches the bedroom. Maybe a curtain could stop it? Bit confusing to find the location as there is a different street name on the corner opposite. But it only adds a minute or two onto your journey until you realise! All in all, a great flat that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Well situated to everything. Car park around the corner. The place was very well decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed. Nice touches with tea/coffee/milk and biscuits. Washing up cloths and tea towels. Didn't need to get anything. Lovely place, would recommend to friends.
