Warwick Place Apartments

Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, spacious apartments close to the centre of Leamington Spa, yet very quiet.

KEYS: We rented a 2 bedroom apartment because our party was made up of 2 couples, but we were only provided one key. We had to ask for an extra key, which was provided very quickly, but it would have been nice to have been provided 2 keys right from the start, OR even better, gain entry to the apartment with a keypad. BOOKING: When booking, it was very confusing that some of the apartments had the same name as other apartments, e.g. 2 apartments were called "deluxe" and 2 were called "2 bedroom apartment". I would recommend the owners use unique names for each apartment to avoid confusion. The details for the apartments on Booking.com need to be clearer. It was not clear when booking that Apartment 2 only had 1.5 bathrooms, we were under the impression that it had 2 bathrooms, however it did not, which caused inconvenience for our party.

Very clean & comfortable

Needed rubbish bins in bedrooms and small toilet, a long mirror in one of the bedrooms and more tea towels as there was only 1 provided.

Excellent location. Close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets & all the attractions.

No private parking , you might get off street parking if you're lucky. You can constantly hear the people upstairs walking & it's so noisy.

For four people only three glasses and 4 cups as there was a dishwasher. It would’ve been better to have at least two sets of each for people.

Nice space and location was good with parking

No side lights in bedrooms, no welcome pack ie milk in the fridge, which would be nice. TV in bedroom did not work. Just some home comfort extras would have been good

Spacious top floor apartment. Great location for walking into town and private parking.

Tired .... needs a refresh. The kitchen needs a serious update with a faulty cooker and trying to work out the oven with no display on the dials is an art in itself. The dials also get really hot (beware children). No light over the door makes it hard to see the entrance and lock. Pictures of some apartments look lovely but I guess the owners haven't got to this one yet.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Quiet even though there were other flats in the building and it was in a busy area. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated the decor and art work and rug in the long hall way. Communication was brilliant. It was nice having a bath in the bathroom. In a good location for an event we were going to and not far from the river walks and parks.

One of the bedrooms had a strange smell and was quite cold. Bathroom a tiny bit small compared to the other rooms. Cobwebs on the shades of the high ceilings. It wasn't obvious how to turn the living room light on. It would have been helpful to have a welcome pack with that info and maybe instructions for the coffee machine and info about the local area. Plug in the kitchen and plug with chain in the bath would have been great.

Appartement calme, propre, spacieux et confortable - idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la rue principale. Nous y avions déjà séjourné et sommes revenus avec plaisir !
