"Very Good"

The location was absolutely fantastic, very easy to get to the 192 and access to Disney and the I4. The gated community was safe and welcoming with24 hour security. Fantastic amenities in the club house including gym, fantastic pool and a lazy river. Bbq and food house. The open plan downstairs living area in the villa was really good and the bedrooms and living are upstairs was very spacious. Air con worked wonderfully.

The pool on arrival was green and filthy and unusable and the surrounding area full of weeds and not maintaned., I did message on booking.com messages but didnt get a response, phoned up the day after to speak to casiola and the staff were fantastic and arranged a full clean. Didn't have pool access for 3 days though. The general cleanliness of the villa upstairs was poor however downstairs was immaculate.

La casa súper cómoda, muy limpia , con todo lo necesario x pasar unos día Fabulosos

El operador que se ocupa de administrarla Casiola, me envío mail, mje de WhatsApp de bienvenida y omitió lo más importante, enviarme el código de acceso a la vivienda, llegamos y no teníamos forma de entrar, si no hubiera sido x la intervención del personal administrativo del Resort que hicieron las acciones pertinentes, intentamos comunicarnos con Casiola y fue imposible…. Casiola 👎🏻

Location was great, the size and layout was perfect for our family.

The only negative thing is that the property backed up to a busy road and could be noisy when outside at night.
