I really wanted to like this hotel because, on the surface, the property looks great and features some nice modern touches. Unfortunately, the actual experience was incredibly frustrating and fell short of basic hospitality standards. ​The biggest issues were: ​Inadequate Room Setup & Service: My room was missing a desk chair. I contacted the front desk to request one, and while they mentioned they were busy and would send one up later, it never arrived. As a result, I was completely unable to get any work done from the room. ​ No Hot Water: There was zero hot water in either the shower or the sink. Being unable to take a shower is a major deal-breaker for any hotel stay. ​Noise Disturbance: There were kids running amok throughout the halls and loudly banging on my door. I was traveling with my own kids, so I am generally very understanding of family environments, but the lack of oversight or noise control was excessive and disruptive. ​ While the hotel has a nice visual appeal, the lack of basic amenities like hot water and a chair—combined with the unfulfilled service request—means I won't be staying here again. There are better options in the area if you actually need to work or wash up.

Location to the area.

No hot water for two days, bed was ok but the pillows were flat.

Good breakfast.

I asked them to clean my room and replenish my towels on my 3rd or 4th day and they didn’t. I had to dry off from my shower with a dirty towel. That’s my only complaint.

Location good quiet place

I'm used to a microwave and coffee pot which you didn't have. That would've been nice

The only problem was when we went to our room after checking in it was not clean and made up. They did give us another room which was fine🙂
