A proximidade da praia (localização) e vista bonita.

Os colchões, travesseiros, toalhas, ar condicionado não funcionava, demoraram de nos trocar de quarto, acomodação antiga, tomadas soltas, maçanetas quebradas, banheiro do primeiro quarto apertado, sem espaço para colocar produtos de banheiro, papel higiênico ruim.

Na verdade na gostei de nada. Só achei limpo apesar de todos as outras coisas ruins. Então é pelo menos limpo

Escadaria de madeira pra subir, sem acessibilidade. Escura, móveis velhos e obsoletos. Banheiro sem pia, sem chuveirinho, sem uma bancada ou armário pra colocar as coisas de higiene. Café da manhã servido direto na mesa, sem grandes variedades, mas pelo menos estava bem feito e gostoso.

O atendimento da recepcionista.Educada e prestativa. Além da forma de trabalho executado de sua rotina.

O acesso pelo estacionamento e a escada muito enclinada. Se tiver com um idoso ou uma pessoa que tenha dificuldade de locomoção, ficaria difícil o acesso.
