The villa was great value and the staff were all warm and supportive. The Guest relations app was a great help.

One big complaint we had about the villa was that the outside cushions got so mouldy! Definitely didnt expect to see that, it was a major turnoff. The beach was quite dirty, and I cringed so hard seeing broken pieces of glass and ceramics too... Food was quite average.

Wir sind zwei Tage nach dem Taifun angekommen. Unsere Horizon Poolvilla war wunderschön und blitzsauber. Viele Menschen haben dafür gesorgt, die Schäden des Taifuns zu beseitigen. Die Lage der Horizon Poolvilla sorgte für viel Ruhe und private Atmosphäre. Die 3 Stunden im SPA waren ein Genuss.

Bei der Halbpension hätte ich mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht.

The hotel should have informed us prior to arrival about the typhoon so we would have changed our plans because all beach activities were of course closed. Hopefully we actually get to come back and enjoy the full facilities.

I visit Quy Nhon from Oct 31 to Nov 2nd. And didn’t expect much since it is rainy season of Quy Nhon. But Ocean Fusion resort surprise me with the quality. The food is good, the staffs are friendly & helpful. The Gym is not that big thought (may be suitable for 3-4 people at the same time) And currently the resort is not very crowded (i asked the staff there even in the good season, they are not full of people like other resorts in central of Vietnam) I would love to comeback in nice season as well.

We happened to visit the beach right in the middle of stormy days, but The Ocean by Fusion still made our trip a wonderful one! The villa is beautiful — soft colors, cozy vibe, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The common area is spacious and perfect for relaxing together. All the staff were super polite and friendly — especially the team at the restaurant, the pool, and the buggy drivers. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful that it really brightened our rainy days.

We had a villa for 4 people with garden and swimming pool. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff makes a deep cleaning every day when we’re not in the villa. This service is really high quality, and the staff is very efficient. We’ve found our stuff well tidied each time. The villa is really spacious and the garden with the swimming pool is really nice to enjoy. Trees around allow you to keep your privacy during your stay. We were a bit worried for that before arriving, but we were reassured about that. The bed is so much comfortable and all the equipments in the villa are really nice : shower, bathtub, coffee machine…. We took breakfast, lunch and diner in both restaurants : a lot of choice each time, very good quality products and good fact : we had 2 sets menu per day included in the price of our villa. The beach is accessible on foot close to the majority of the villas. We were there during the 2nd week of september and there were few tourists with us. So we could enjoy a lot the beach. The crew cared a lot about our security every time we went on the beach and we feel very safe. The night on the sand with the moonlight and the sound of the waves is absolutely indescribable… Bikes are available on demand or every time you find some available on the resort. Riding inside the resort is very nice, especially at night time : very few people around, fresh air riding on your bike, moonlight above you…Incredibly nice feeling Swimming in the sea: special thanks to Thanh and Nghia for their safety guard and full attention on us when we were swimming. Super professional! Spa and massage: divine!! Special thanks to Sieng, Hien and Hoa for their kind attention to make us feel as much relaxed and delighted as possible. Sieng was very patient and caring for my hair, I had a hair wash and she took time to dry my hair at Cool air, to not damage my hair!! Thank you so much Sieng.

This is my first time in Quy Nhon and I’m truly impressed by Ocean Resort. The location is stunning with a peaceful beachfront, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and everything felt fresh. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay
