The receptionist who showed us to our room was kind.

The bathrooms were heavily covered with black mould, the toilets had not been cleaned for some time, and there was no toilet paper. Our room had also not been cleaned for some time. There was a communal fridge that had food in that was over a week out of date. We are seasoned roughing-it adventurers, but left our stay early as we wanted to shower but found the facilities too unhygienic to use. For over £100 per night, this was grossly overpriced. Note that this is also not a hotel, it is a hostel. Avoid.

The foam and bedding in Rm2 allocated was bad. The heater was not working though the receptionist improverished with a mobile one.

It was clean and the reception was friendly and helpful

I arrived and all the windows were wide open it was freezing and no heating also the bed was not comfortable but the next day I was moved to a better Guesthouse as I complained
