Clean, close to subway.

Room extremely small. Fridge, shower knob, safe box , hair dryer not working. No coffee, tea in the room. Access to bed only from one side, if 2 people together, one has to climb over the other to get out of bed. No parking if you rent a car.

Good location for Washington tourist attractions.

Did NOT like fact that no tea making in room - have to go down 6 flights and then pay. Awful loud music in lounge so impossible to relax there. Jokey notices - eg there is a naked person in this room - do not go in.

La calidez de todas las personas del hotel tanto en recepción como en restaurante y bar. El sushi bar me encantó y toda la decoración del hotel. El desayuno muy bueno. Los jóvenes del bar super amables siempre. La tecnología de la habitación es fantástica. ¡La ubicación excelente!

En realidad no hubo algo que no me gustara. Solo por ratos tenía calor en la habitación, me hubiera gustado un poco más de frío. Gracias

A clean bed and decent shower.

I booked through booking.com. My arrival window was variable due to being a part of a yacht race. I had emailed and messaged ahead to avoid being registered as a no-show. I received a reply through booking.com assuring me that all would be well. Signed citizenM team. They then canceled my reservation anyway. Leaving me stood in the lobby with no room having endured 2 weeks of ocean racing. I had to re-book at almost double my initial room rate - despite having that message of reassurance on hand to show. Disgusting.

Very nice and clean, fun design, staff were outstanding.

A little challenging to contact them when we knew we’d be arriving late - kind of a long phone tree with no clear pathway. Then once I finally got through to the hotel, they had trouble annotating my reservation because I had made it through Booking rather than directly through the citizenM website. However the staff member at the hotel was exceptional and worked hard to find a solution.
