Excellent location. House is very warm, comfortable and well equipped.

Living room could benefit from curtains/blinds for better privacy. Toilets do not have the typical Japanese bidet set up.

Location, house, interiors, kitchen, views of Mt Fuji.

We would have been more comfortable if each bed had an extra pillow- my husband likes a thicker pillow, the thin pillow was not comfortable, so the choice of thick or thin pillow is appreciated. The quilts on the European beds were too small for my husband and son who is 6 foot 3 inches.

It was further than expected from the train station. Taking the bus with luggage is recommended

the house is so lovely and warm like at home. staff is very kind and nice, giving a clear information to get place. near by supermarket within 5mins by slow walk. have a wonderful scenery of Fuji mountain from bed room on 2nd floor.
