The rooms are clean and seem comfortable enough but are very airless even with aircon and not enough plugs for modern travellers. Everything else was awful, particularly the set dinner which we found to be inedible - but at least they didn’t charge us, which we appreciated and which is worth an extra star otherwise this would be a 1 star review. There is nothing to see and nowhere to eat in the surrounding area, the hotel is situated too far away (& return is up a steep hill) to walk to Setubal beach or local restaurants. Bar is windowless. Didn’t sleep well and didn’t enjoy our stay.

Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié.

Nous avons eu une forte odeur de tabac dans notre chambre et pas d eau chaude. Nous avons eu une nouvelle chambre mais plus petite et vue sur un mur. Odeur d humidité dans la seconde chambre. Les pancakes du petit déjeuner sont industriels. Seulement 2 prises dans la chambre.

A very clean and comfortable room . This is a new hotel located on the site of a previous hotel. It still retains that new building feeling. The city of Setubal is really worth a visit and has many good restaurants and much better value for money than other Portugal resorts.

The location of the hotel is at least one mile from the heart of the city with limited parking.
