Great location, apartment was very well equipped and spacious - we loved the layout! Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable, communication was very good too.

The bed was quite hard and the apartment block doesn't have an elevator.

"Muito bom alojamento para visitar o lindíssimo Porto"

O apartamento está bem localizado mesmo junto à estação de S. Bento, é confortável, bem mobilado, tem uma vista lateral para Sé. O apartamento está bem equipado. A receção funciona muito bem e somos muito bem acolhidos. As funcionárias são muito simpáticas e prestáveis.

A limpeza do apartamento em 5 dias ninguém levantou o lixo, repôs papel higiénico, etc. A casa de banho e chuveiro não estava bem limpa quando chegámos.

We thought they would give us coffee and water every day but it was only given when checking in.
