Love the staff and the location Well equipped kitchen Nice toiletries Immaculate and cozy Good lighting Nice shower- I love these rooms!!

Toilet seat is not soft closing- which comes as a shock Microwave oven timer resets when keyboard is pulled out - understandably, but the flashing is annoying No tea in the room (I was devastated,) Coffee machine not safe- it will run with the lid open etc No full-length mirror
