A well equipped room with an excellent bed, large TV, fridge and good shower. The room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would also recommend the evening meals and good selection of ales - both of which were high quality.

Great place to stay. Loved everything. Great service and communication. Facilities clean and comfortable. Wonderful location out of the city but with easy city access. Delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay here again

"A little out the way if it is the city you are there for, however trains from Taffswell very good"

Lovely friendly hotel. Room was lovely clean and fresh. Morning breakfast was fantastic, im fact more than what I expected. Maggie cooked mine to perfection, unfortunately I didnt ask for the black pudding, which she told me was excellent . 10/10
